Student residence

Our student residence offers comfortable accommodation suitable for students who like to be independent and are looking for quality longer term accommodation.

• You can choose a single, twin or double room.
• It has excellent facilities: kitchen, TV lounge, internet access and laundry.

Apartments

If you are travelling with your partner or friends and wish to have complete independence then your own apartment is a good choice for you.

• Choose from comfortable one or two-bedroom apartments in central Sydney.
• Apartments are clean, fully-furnished and well-equipped.
• Minimum booking 4 weeks.
• Rent includes gas and electricity.

Other accommodation options

If you are staying in Sydney for an extended period of time you may wish to find your own accommodation such as a room in a shared house. ELC has a bulletin board where people may advertise rooms for rent. You would usually be required to pay a bond equivalent to 4 weeks rent and contribute your share of bills.
